Service Description
Take your workout beyond the walls of the gym! This high-energy conditioning class starts with a run or walk to a nearby park (just ¾ of a mile away), where we hit a 15-minute high-intensity interval workout using bodyweight movements, stairs, hills—whatever the park gives us. Then we make our way back to the gym to finish strong. All fitness levels welcome. Come ready to move, sweat, and challenge yourself in a fun, supportive environment!
