Meet Leon

Welcome to my personal fitness training services! I am so excited to have you here and cannot wait to help you reach your fitness goals. But before we get started, let me introduce myself and give you a little background about who I am.

 

First and foremost, I am a proud Christian. My faith plays a huge role in my life, and I strive to incorporate it into everything I do, including my fitness training. I believe that taking care of our bodies is a way of honoring God and I am committed to helping others do the same.

 

Aside from being a personal fitness trainer, I am also a recent kidney cancer survivor. This experience has taught me the importance of taking care of our bodies and the resilience of the human body. It has also given me a deep appreciation for life and the ability to overcome any obstacle.

 

One of my biggest passions is running. I am an avid runner and have completed numerous races, including the prestigious Boston Marathon where I’m a 3 time qualifier. Running has not only helped me stay physically fit, but it has also taught me discipline, perseverance, and the importance of setting and achieving goals.

 

As a vegan, I am passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and fueling our bodies with nutritious food. I believe that what we eat has a direct impact on our overall well-being, and I am here to help you make healthy and sustainable food choices.

 

When it comes to fitness, I love versatility. No two workouts will ever be the same with me. I believe in constantly challenging our bodies and mixing things up to prevent monotony and boredom. With me, you can expect fun and dynamic workouts that will keep you motivated and excited to push yourself.

 

My ultimate goal as a personal fitness trainer is to help my clients become the best versions of themselves both physically and mentally. I am here to guide, motivate, and support you on your fitness journey, no matter where you are starting from.
